appointments, email scheduling@cadillacfamilyphysicians.com.
Patients are seen by appointment only, so please call in advance.
If you cannot keep your appointment, we would appreciate a phone
call to cancel the appointment so that the time slot can be made
available to other patients.

Our trained staff provide diabetes education, smoking cessation
programs, heart health screenings, blood pressure clinics, as
well as a host of programs especially tailored to your individual

corner of Business 131 South and Professional Drive.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS
From the South:
Take Exit 177, Business S 131. Professional Drive is less than
one mile, on the west side.
From the North, East, West:
Follow Business 131 (Mitchell Street) south through Cadillac.
Professional Drive is one mile south of the Mackinaw Trail/131
intersection.
