  Limited services are available on Saturday mornings on a same day, urgent care, basis.
  
• APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS: Please call (231) 876-1122 to make an appointment. For non-emergent appointments, email scheduling@cadillacfamilyphysicians.com. Patients are seen by appointment only, so please call in advance. If you cannot keep your appointment, we would appreciate a phone call to cancel the appointment so that the time slot can be made available to other patients.
  
• BILLING / FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT: Questions and concerns regarding billing issues may be directed to the Billing Department at (231) 876-1111 or billing@cadillacfamilyphysicians.com between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
  
• RECORDS DEPARTMENT: Questions and assistance regarding medical records may be directed to records@cadillacfamilyphysicians.com
  
• PATIENT EDUCATION PROGRAMS: Our trained staff provide diabetes education, smoking cessation programs, heart health screenings, blood pressure clinics, as well as a host of programs especially tailored to your individual needs.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

From the South:
Take Exit 177, Business S 131. Professional Drive is less than one mile, on the west side.

From the North, East, West:
Follow Business 131 (Mitchell Street) south through Cadillac. Professional Drive is one mile south of the Mackinaw Trail/131 intersection.
