Patient Services

The Physicians and staff of Cadillac Family Physicians are committed to serving your needs in an atmosphere of trust and openness. Our primary goal is to provide the best possible patient care in our state of the art facility.

We provide medical care for the entire family, and encourage patients to see us for any illness, injury or physical complaint. Learn more about our Medical Staff.

Please note: Effective May 2009 all patients will be asked to sign a Provider-Patient Relationship Agreement.
  • ON-CALL: 24 hours a day, seven days a week, a Physician is on-call. After hours you may call (231) 775-2493 for emergencies and questions of an urgent nature. You will be instructed to leave a message with your phone number and the Physician will return your call.

  • OBSTETRIC CARE: Dr. Christiane Sanburn offers comprehensive obstetrical care throughout your prenatal, delivery and postnatal period. She is on call for your OB urgent needs on a 24-hour basis.

  • PHONE NURSE: During office hours, a trained nurse answers your questions and concerns regarding medications, lab results, and the need for an appointment. She will act as your liaison with the Physicians and will advise you of the Physician's wishes.   • PRESCRIPTION REFILL: With 24-hour notice, you may call our prescription refill line at (231) 876-1133 and leave a request for refills on your medications. Make sure to include your name, phone number, the medication with its dosage, and the pharmacy you would like us to call. Please remember that this service requires at least 24-hour notice and is for non-emergency refills only.

  • RADIOLOGY: Many standard x-ray tests are performed at our office. A full-time, licensed x-ray technician is on staff to perform these tests.

  • LABORATORY TESTING: Our office provides a wide range of laboratory services for your convenience.

  • ALLERGY CLINIC: A trained nurse is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays to administer allergy injections for our patients. Minors must be accompanied by an adult and all patients must remain in our office for a mandatory period of 20 minutes following their injections.

  • NURSE and PHLEBOTOMY SCHEDULES: For those times when you need our services but don't need to see the Physician, we have qualified staff who will perform a wide variety of services for you.

  • OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SERVICES: We offer a full range of occupational health services to area businesses and employers. Please refer to our Occupational Medicine area for further details or call our Occupational Health Liaison at (231) 876-1126.

  • TRAVEL CONSULTATION: If you are planning a trip overseas, contact us for required immunizations and for medical concerns specific to your location.

  • ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORDS: For the convenience of our patients and medical staff, the offices of Cadillac Family Physicians has updated our records system to electronic medical records for all of our patients. It is our goal that the standard of health care provided at Cadillac Family Physicians will be enhanced by the technological advances of our system.
